12 days Family Adventure Trip

Day 1: Arrival
Arrive at the airport to meet our company representative who will transfer you to your hotel in Kampala. Overnight at Cassia lodge.

Day 2: City tour
After breakfast 8 am, you will depart your hotel to go visit the national museum, namirembe cathedral, Kasubi tombs, the Bahai temple. You will then be treated to buffet of all the local dishes in Uganda in Uganda. Later in the afternoon you will go visit the Kabaka’s palace and Namugongo martyrs shrine. Retire at your hotel Cassia lodge.

Day 3: Kampala guided city walk
On this day, you will be picked up from your hotel and then you will be transferred to the city centre. You will then take a guided walk to the markets to include the Nakasero market, and Owino market. Go visit our Taxi park and interact with people downtown. Later i the afternoon, you will go visit Sanyu babies home. Spend this afternoon, volunteering and playing with children. Overnight at Cassia lodge.

Day 4: Transfer to Jinja
In the morning after breakfast at 8am, you will depart Kampala to transfer to Jinja. The driver from Kampala to Jinja without stops is 1 and half hours. On the way to Jinja you will visit the Ssezibwa falls . (The Ssezibwa Falls are on the Ssezibwa River. Ssezibwa River flows from the wetlands between L. Victoria and L. Kyoga, West of Victoria Nile in Buikwe District northwards through Mukono District into Lake Kyoga in Kayunga District.) Then later drive to proceed to Jinja. On the way to Jinja, you may stop for a nature walk in Mabira forest. Drive to pass through Lugazi and a number to tea and sugar Cake plantations. To arrive Jinja in the afternoon. Relax by the pool. Overnight at Gately on the Nile or Jinja Nile resort.

Day 5: Rafting for Full
On this day you will go rafting for a full day.

Day 6: Bungee Jumping, Visit source of the Nile / Quad bike rides.
In the morning right after breakfast you will go visit the source of the Nile and then go bungee jumping if you want. Later on you will go for a quad bike safari along the river Nile.

Day 7: Big Game Mini Golf
On this day you may participate are interested they can participate in Mini Golf. The nine hole course provides a variety of challenges and is designed to be playable by all ages. Putt the ball between the rhino's legs, under the snake's fangs, past the only African tiger and make the elephant roar when you sink the ball on the last hole. . Later you in the afternoon you will go for a Village walk, to visit the neighbouring communities. In the evening you will go for the sunset cruise on the Nile served with.

Day 8: Transfer to Murchison Falls
In the morning right after breakfast, you will depart Jinja to transfer to Murchison Falls National park. The drive will take you around 7 hours with stops. To arrive the park in the afternoon. Overnight at Paraa Safari lodge.

Day 9: Game drive/ Launch cruise to the bottom of the falls
Have an early morning game drive to the rolling plains where you have chances of viewing Hartebeest, Lions, Buffalo, Primates, Birds, Giraffe and Elephants. Return to the lodge for breakfast, and relax around the swimming pool. Have an afternoon launch cruise to the bottom of the falls where down river to the delta where the Nile empties into Lake Albert and views of huge Nile Crocodiles, birds, big Pods of Hippos and wildlife.

Day 10: Nature walks to the top of the falls / Chimpanzee Habituation experience /  Visit Packwach
On this day, you will go for a nature walk to the top of the falls take pictures at the top of the falls. Depending on the age of children that you have, you may go visit Packwach community or decide to participate in the chimpanzee tracking experience.

Day 11: Transfer back to Kampala
In the morning after breakfast, have a leisurely drive back to Kampala. Have lunch at the rhino sanctuary. Trek the rhinos and then later drive to transfer back to Kampala. Overnight at The Boma House.

Day 12: Departure
Depending on your flight departure time, you will be transferred to the airport for your Flight back home. If you have time during the day, you may visit the Uganda Zoo, or even you make go to Ngamba island to visit the chimpanzee sanctuary.

Network Coverage
The network is good in all of these places that the family will be visiting and internet is available in all of these hotels. However the internet in the parks can be slow.

Electricity
All of the above hotels have electricity and all the rooms are fitted with sockets. You will be allow to charge your cameras and phones from the rooms.
